摘要

目的采用数据挖掘方法分析推拿手法治疗腹泻的选穴特点和规律。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、万方数据知识服务平台（WanfangData）、Web of Science、PubMed收录的推拿穴位治疗腹泻的临床随机对照试验文献并进行筛选,采用频次统计、聚类分析、关联规则方法分析推拿穴位治疗腹泻的选穴规律。结果共纳入文献12篇,推拿穴位治疗腹泻的主要腧穴为关元、气海、天枢、中脘、足三里、大肠俞等,任脉、足阳明胃经和足太阳膀胱经腧穴使用频次最高,所选腧穴主要集中在胸腹部和腰背部,分析得出"关元—气海"和"气海—中脘"为关联度最高,聚类分析将高频选穴聚成5类。结论推拿穴位治疗腹泻以温补元阳、健脾化湿为主,选穴规律符合腹泻的病因病机特点,可为临床治疗提供参考。
