<正>视网膜中央动脉阻塞（central retinal artery occlusion,CRAO）是一种致盲性眼科急症,常与血管壁改变、栓子脱落、血流动力学改变等危险因素相关,其可引起视网膜组织急性缺血缺氧,若未得到及时有效的处理可造成视力的不可逆损害[1]。Hayreh[2]的研究表明,灵长类动物的视网膜缺血时间超过97 min即可对视功能产生不可逆损伤。传统认为,CRAO的最佳治疗时间为发病后72 h以内。现有研究[3]认为
