摘要

<正>60岁及以上的老年人,既往存在器官老化和多种慢性疾病,在某些诱因刺激下,短时间内极易出现多器官衰竭,病死率居高不下[1-2]。刘喜明教授系中国中医科学院广安门医院内分泌科主任医师,从医三十余载,善用经方辨治杂病。中医药干预老年急重症病例报告较为少见,本文通过探讨2例老年急重症的中医诊疗过程,为临床诊治提供思路。1 病案举例例1.患者,女,81岁,2018年2月15日初诊。家属代诉:全身高度浮肿,伴喘憋不能平卧近1个月。
