摘要

<正>经方后世多指《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中的方剂,其所载经方用药精当、组方巧妙,本文从临床治疗验案体会中,解读如何准确应用经方。运用经方应在刻苦学习四大经典的基础上,深刻理解经方的内涵,掌握经方对应的方证及病机,"有是证,用是方"。正确合理应用经方,是提高临床疗效的最佳路径。经方可以起沉疴,经方可以愈大病。方证对应是经方医学的灵魂,方证辨证是所有辨证方法的尖端。1 阳虚外感发热案患者,女,43岁,2018年4月4日初诊
