通过报告一组境外输入性家庭聚集性新型冠状病毒肺炎病例,总结其不同于本地发病病例的中医证候,即具有阴虚内热、气机不畅、病证多样、症状较轻等特点。并发现并非全体家庭成员均发病,推测其原因可能与不同年龄患者的生理特点、情志不遂、劳损过度等因素有关。希望能为境外输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎防治提供思路。
