摘要

胰腺癌是一种侵袭能力强、极易发生转移的恶性肿瘤,目前患者总生存期较短,死亡率在全世界范围内居高不下。从中医"气机升降"与"传舍"理论的角度认识胰腺癌转移的病机,将为新的治疗方法的开发奠定基础。胰腺癌转移病机复杂,但总以正气亏虚,邪毒亢盛,循经传舍,变化丛生为要。癌毒是传舍的先决条件,本虚是传舍的根本,气机升降失调是传舍的关键,所舍部位是至虚之处。若机体气机调和,则癌毒处于本位而不肆意流窜,气机逆乱则病理因素积聚并传于至虚之处,或肝、或肺、或募原。因此,在胰腺癌转移防治过程中除应祛除各种病理因素外,还要注意易传部位的防护以及气机的调和,从而散邪实,补正虚,防治转移。
