摘要

"主客浑受"一词首见于薛生白《湿热病篇》,乃湿热之邪深陷厥阴,胶固难解,难舍难分,最终导致人体阴阳两困、气钝血滞的一种病理状态,治疗以扶正滋阴、祛瘀通络为主。肺纤维化相当于中医学的"肺痿"或"肺痹",通过查阅资料发现,现代医家对肺纤维化病因病机及治则的认识与"主客浑受"理论相通。试以"络病""瘀"为结合点,用"主客浑受"理论阐释肺纤维化的病因病机及治则。
