察小便之异常,在糖尿病的辨证论治中具有重要意义。分析《伤寒杂病论》相关条文,将糖尿病小便异常分为小便频数、量多,小便不利、量少,小便赤涩疼痛三类,采用清热泻火、化气利水、疏肝理气、滋阴利水、清上温下、化瘀利水等治法,选取仲景经方加减治疗,为糖尿病辨治提供了新思路。
