摘要

目的分析《名医类案》中补中益气汤证的证候分布特点。方法根据医案纳入及排除标准筛选,后期汇总比对,筛选出269则符合标准的医案,运用频数分析法、黄金分割法分析补中益气汤的适应证候。结果《名医类案》中涉及补中益气汤的医案:主要证候为脾胃气虚证脾气不健候;主要病位为脾胃、肝脾;主要病因为气虚。结论《名医类案》中补中益气汤适用证候以脾胃气虚为主。
