摘要

目的观察超脉冲二氧化碳（CO,2,）激光联合中药外敷治疗扁平疣的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月北京中医药大学东直门医院收治的扁平疣患者104例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各52例。对照组采用超脉冲CO,2,激光治疗,治疗组采用超脉冲CO,2,激光联合中药外敷,治疗8周。比较2组有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果治疗组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的92.3%,差异有统计学意义（P,<,0.05）;治疗组的不良反应发生率3.8%,对照组为7.7%,差异无统计学意义（P,>,0.05）;治疗组6个月复发率低于对照组（P,<,0.05）。结论超脉冲CO,2,激光联合中药外敷治疗扁平疣疗效好,复发率低。
