摘要

吕培文教授认为,乳癖属于中医外科之阴证,治疗以理、健、调为核心。"理"为疏肝理气、疏利气机;强调肝脏正常疏泄,则气机调畅,经络通调,气血调和,脏腑平调,在治疗时应以疏利气机为先,气舒则郁结自散。"健"为健脾益肾、补益脾肾;脾肾二脏在生理上是互相资助、互相促进,在病理上也互相影响、互为因果。肾精需脾阳不断地运化水各精微加以补充才能充盈,而脾气之建立不衰,又有赖于肾的命门之火蒸化。在治疗脾肾不足所致疾病时,应脾肾同治。"调"为养血活血,调理冲任,达到阴阳平和,气血调畅,三法互相配合,灵活应用,攻补兼施,重在调节整体功能,避免使用活血伤正的攻伐药物。其治疗乳癖的理论对临床有极强的指导作用。
