摘要

浆细胞性乳腺炎临床治疗较为棘手,溃后期的治疗是一大难点。溃面一旦出现,常经久难愈。常规清创换药方法治疗周期较久,手术清除病灶虽然彻底,但对组织损伤较大,对乳腺外形毁损严重。燕京外科流派名家具有丰富的外治经验,其方法、技术在浆细胞性乳腺炎溃面治疗上疗效确切。本文整理燕京外科名家赵炳南、房芝萱、王玉章、吕培文等教授外治溃疡的经验及其在浆细胞性乳腺炎中的应用,从治疗思路和具体外治方法两方面进行分享。其不论是治疗思路还是具体技法均对浆细胞性乳腺炎溃面期的治疗有很大指导价值。
