"透热转气"法是叶天士提出的治疗外感温病的一个重要治则,是温病营分证的重要治法,"转气"的含义,原意为转入气分,引申推论当为"透转气机",故"透热转气"的本意是开郁达邪、宣畅气机,其应用范围广泛,选药灵活,不可仅拘泥于营分证,而应当用于温病卫、气、营、血各阶段的治疗。
