摘要

目的探讨"桂枝-白芍"药对的物质基础,预测其作用方向。方法在中药系统药理学分析平台（TCMSP）检索"桂枝"和"白芍"所有的分子、靶点和相关疾病,使用Cytoscape 3.2.1软件构建"活性成分-作用靶点"和"作用靶点-相关疾病"的网络模型,对药对物质基础和机制进行预测和研究。结果通过口服生物利用度（Oral bioavailability,OB）和类药性（Drug-Likeness,DL）筛选得到15个活性成分,77个靶点和245种相关疾病。Degree值较高的活性成分有山奈酚（55）、β-谷固醇（51）、（+）-儿茶素（23）等,Degree值较高的靶点有雌激素受体（8）、雄激素受体（8）、二肽基肽酶Ⅳ（7）等,Degree值较高的疾病有癌（10）、肺转移性骨肉瘤（8）、心血管疾病（6）、精神分裂症（6）和哮喘（6）等。结论本文对"桂枝-白芍"药对的物质基础和机制进行初步预测,为更深层次的研究和临床提供思考方向。
