摘要

目的观察引热法温针灸结合针刺对更年期慢性泌尿系感染的疗效。方法选择更年期慢性泌尿系感染患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组在带脉、命门、次髎、中极等穴位进行针刺,配合温针灸;对照组在相同穴位上进行针刺,不加艾灸,治疗后比较2组患者的临床症状积分、尿细菌阴性变化情况。结果观察组各项症状评分均改善明显（P<0.05）,尿细菌转阴情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论引热法温针灸结合针刺可减轻更年期慢性泌尿系感染的症状,改善尿细菌转阴情况,改善患者预后。
