摘要

宫廷正骨源于清代上驷院绰班处,具有清晰的传承派系,逐渐形成了独具特色的宫廷正骨学术思想,现为国家级非物质文化遗产项目,并成立了宫廷正骨名医传承工作站。在临床教学中探索宫廷正骨的教学实践,认为临床教学中应体现"知祥备细、心慈术狠"的学术思想,侧重培养"正、整、接、实"的操作技能,突出"重手法、辅药物、佐器具"的治疗特色,注重宫廷正骨理论研究、技法传承、人才培养等方面的建设。
