摘要

<正>经皮给药系统（transdermal drug delivery system,TDDS）是指经皮肤给药,使药物透过皮肤由毛细血管吸收进入血液循环,达到有效血液浓度并转移至病变部位,起到局部或全身作用的制剂[1]。当前常见的经皮给药剂型有凝胶剂、巴布膏剂、涂膜剂和贴剂[2]。中医贴敷疗法与经皮给药系统有相类似之处,是以中医基本理论为指导,应用中草药制剂,施于皮肤、孔窍、腧穴及病变局部等部位的治病方法,属于中医外治法的一种。由于经皮肤给药
