摘要

<正>我国中医中药用来治疗疾病已有上千年历史,中药资源十分丰富,中药单体是从中药中提取的有效化合物,去除了无效成分,最大限度发挥药效。内皮细胞为薄层扁平上皮细胞,其半透膜特性的屏障功能可维持机体内环境稳态,保持血管内外胶体渗透压平衡,避免组织水肿引起异常病理改变。凝血酶、组胺、血管内皮生长因子等炎症介质可作用于血管内皮细胞表面受体引起细胞内信号级联反应及细胞间连接状态改变,从而导致内皮细胞通透性增加[1]。
