摘要

肿瘤相关性贫血（cancer-related anemia,CRA）是恶性肿瘤常见伴随疾病之一,30%～90%肿瘤患者合并贫血。CRA常导致肿瘤患者对放化疗的敏感性降低、生存质量下降,并作为独立因素影响患者预后。为提高和规范CRA诊治水平,组织全国相关专家研讨,形成CRA中医药防治专家共识。经专家充分讨论,建议采用"癌毒血枯病"作为CRA中医病名,并一致认为中医药治疗CRA疗效肯定,且具有中医特色和优势。因此,专家共识从概述、发病机制、诊断与分级标准、辨证分型治疗、调护、结语共六个部分进行论述,建议CRA全程管理注重学科交叉、中西医结合以及集患者、家庭、医护等各方合力,尽早诊断,及时治疗,定期评估与随访。
