银屑病是皮肤科重点的研究病种,常反复发作,严重影响患者的生活质量。根据"从血论治"银屑病的理论体系,结合小儿的生理病理特点,提出血热是儿童银屑病的关键病机,同时血热常夹湿夹毒;治疗应凉血解毒、健脾化湿、消积导滞,依据小儿不同于成人的生理特点用药。
