摘要

天疱疮和类天疱疮属于大疱性皮肤病,通过对古籍文献的搜索及整理,本类疾病中医学称为"天疱（泡）""天疱（泡）疮""火赤疮"等,多由心火妄动,脾虚湿蕴,或久病后气阴两伤而致。中医以辨证论治为指导,内外兼治,内治法急性期治以清热除湿、解毒凉血,予解毒泻心汤、龙胆泻肝汤等;慢性期或后期治以益气养阴、健脾除湿,如清脾除湿饮等。外治法所用药物剂型有多种,包括水剂、散剂、药油、药膏、鲜药等,如甘草汤、石珍散、如意金黄散、百合、丝瓜、龙葵等。本文旨在为大疱性皮肤病的中医药治疗提供参考。
