摘要

目的观察火针联合液氮冷冻治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月于北京中医药大学东直门医院皮肤科就诊的跖疣患者60例,采用随机数字表法分成3组各20例。火针组单纯给予火针治疗,每2周治疗1次;冷冻组单纯给予冷冻治疗,每2周治疗1次;联合组给予火针及冷冻治疗,每2周交替治疗1次。均治疗至疣体完全脱落。对比各组疣体完全消退时间、治疗过程中疼痛耐受程度、不良反应及治疗12周的总有效率。结果联合组愈显率高于火针组及冷冻组（P<0.05）,火针组愈显率高于冷冻组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组、火针组疣体完全脱落时间较冷冻组短（P<0.05）,联合组与火针组疣体脱落时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。3组疼痛耐受程度比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,冷冻组疼痛耐受程度最佳,其次为联合组。3组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论火针联合液氮冷冻治疗跖疣周期短,治疗效果确切,疼痛可耐受,不良反应轻微。
