摘要

<正>发热是临床常见症状之一,病因繁多,其中不明原因发热（fever of unown origin,FUO）是临床诊疗中的难题,约15%的发热患者难以明确病因[1]。FUO诊断困难,治疗棘手,无形中延误病情,甚至发展成为急危重症。中医辨证论治在FUO的治疗中卓有成效,现将本院收治的1例FUO患者的诊治情况总结如下。1 病例介绍患者,女,82岁,来自美国旧金山,2019年9月24日因"发热30 d"初诊。
