摘要

膜性肾病合并银屑病在临床并不少见,二者均为疑难病,治疗十分棘手。余仁欢教授认为,膜性肾病和银屑病在《金匮要略》分属"水气病"和"痂癞",二者虽表现不同,但有共同的病机,在内为脾肾气虚,在外为风邪外袭。不同者,膜性肾病常伴水湿,银屑病多见湿毒。在膜性肾病合并银屑病的治疗上抓住"虚""风""湿""毒"关键病机,治疗以健脾益气、祛风解毒为主,选用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤合防己黄芪汤或防己茯苓汤化裁,常起沉疴。并附两则验案以佐证。
