摘要

王麟鹏教授认为,肝藏血,主疏泄,肾藏精,肝肾同源。月经相关性偏头痛与肝肾两脏密切相关,临床可见肝火旺盛、肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀、痰浊上扰4型,采用中医针灸辨证取穴原则,肝火旺盛型取穴百会、神庭、本神（双侧）、率谷、风池（患侧）、曲池、三阴交（双侧）、足临泣,肝肾阴虚型取穴百会、神庭、本神、率谷、足三里、内关、太溪、复溜,气滞血瘀型取穴百会、神庭、率谷、风池（患侧）、太冲、列缺、足三里、中极、大赫、三阴交,痰浊上扰型取穴百会、神庭、本神、率谷、中极、大赫、丰隆、天枢、阴陵泉（双侧）、太溪（双侧）、悬钟,同时个体化选择施针手法和针具。另外,王教授强调月经相关性偏头痛的治疗应重视调经,使调经和止痛并举。
