摘要

燕京外科流派脾胃理论贯穿乳腺等各类外科疾病的治疗,其学术思想传承至今,仍广泛指导临床。脾胃理论在乳腺疾病治疗中发挥重要作用,其原因在于许多乳腺疾病的产生与脾虚痰凝有关,通过健运脾胃可治疗疾病;在治疗过程中,脾胃的盛衰也关系着疾病的预后转归,有助疾病痊愈;加之口服药皆经脾胃才能输布全身发挥药效,只有顾护脾胃才能保障药效有更好的发挥。在治疗中,通过健脾化痰的思路治疗顽疾、留存胃气保留生机、健脾和胃防止药弊,不仅对因治疗更易奏效,也更好发挥药物作用,还达到保全中焦的效果。本文介绍燕京外科流派的脾胃理论在乳腺疾病治疗中应用的原理、具体思路、常用药物、饮食调节等方案。与同道共同学习名家经验,更好服务临床。
