摘要

脉痹属"痹病"范畴,病机关键为血凝不流、脉道瘀阻,治疗以清热、活血通络为法。《素问》认为,阳明有余是脉痹的主要病理基础。根据《素问》中两阳合明谓之阳明的定义,认为阳明有余是阳明主阖作用与燥金之气太过。地龙在脉痹的治疗中应用较广,地龙得土中阴水之气,禀水土之气化,可通过调节太阴、厥阴之开、阖来调节阳明;因其性寒、善活血通络等特性,适用于阳明有余所致脉痹之"瘀、热"的病理特征。临证可应用四妙勇安汤加味配伍地龙治疗脉痹。
