摘要

薛雪作为温病大家,不仅对湿热病有深入的研究,在治疗内伤杂病方面也有其独到之处。薛雪治虚劳病主要从天时、地利和人事三个方面入手,尤其注重人事调摄在恢复健康中的作用,而人事当中尤以做静摄功夫为要点,在此基础上使患者情志怡悦、戒怒戒劳,再论药饵。立方时注重参考四时运气之升降浮沉来衡定处方的寒热温凉以及治疗的标本缓急;注重顾护脾胃中州之气来选择填充滋补的恰当时机;注重补养填充奇经八脉、疏通络脉结合使用,使得补而不滞、养而不壅;注重调和营卫、平补三阴而稳步建功等,为虚劳病的治疗提供了借鉴思路。
