摘要

目的系统评价八段锦对糖尿病患者的血糖血脂等辅助治疗效果。方法计算机检索知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、web of science数据库中关于八段锦干预糖尿病的随机对照试验（RCT）,检索时限均为从建库至2020年3月。2位评价者按纳排标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价,应用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入18个研究,共1 009例患者。Meta分析结果显示,八段锦组在降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、BMI以及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论习练八段锦能有效降低2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂和BMI。但受纳入研究的数量和质量的限制,以上结论仍需开展大样本、多中心、高质量的RCT予以验证。
