周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,具有高致残率和致死率。脱髓鞘性退化性神经病变和感觉运动神经功能受损是其主要特征之一,并与长期低度神经炎症反应存在着密切联系。中医药在慢性神经炎症抑制方面有着良好效果。为此,本文综述了糖尿病周围神经病的炎症机制及中医药干预作用的研究概况。
