摘要

目的探讨茵陈蒿汤加减方辅助治疗肝硬化伴自发细菌性腹膜炎（SBP）的临床效果。方法选取漯河市中心医院2017年1月—2019年4月确诊的172例肝硬化伴SBP患者,采用随机数字表法分为中西医组和西医组各86例。2组均给予抗感染和基础治疗措施。中西医组同时给予茵陈蒿汤加减治疗。2组均连续治疗14 d。分别于治疗前后检测2组肝功能、肝血流及腹水中炎症因子,统计2组治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果治疗后2组AST、ALT、TBIL均较治疗前降低（P<0.05）,ALB较治疗前升高（P<0.05）;治疗后中西医组血清AST、ALT、TBIL水平,腹水中IL-1β、IL-2、IL-17水平均低于西医组（P<0.05）;治疗后中西医组门静脉血流量（QPV）、收缩期峰值血流速度（Spv）、门静脉主干内径（Dpv）均低于西医组（P<0.05）;2组患者的Dpv、Qpv、Spv均较治疗前降低（P<0.05）,脾静脉内径（Dsv）测定值均增高（P<0.05）;中西医组不良反应发生率（9.30%）高于西医组（5.81%）,但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论茵陈蒿汤加减辅助治疗肝硬化伴SBP患者,可改善患者肝脏功能及肝血流,减轻炎症反应。
