摘要

糖尿病患者机体高血糖水平可引发一系列内环境改变,并导致多种生理结构及功能损害,从而促发抑郁,其发生、发展及转归具有鲜明特点,在治疗中有别于原发性抑郁症。高彦彬教授在形神学说、络病理论指导下,从络病论治本病,注重糖尿病与抑郁症二者的内在联系,在辨明虚实病性的基础上,提出络气郁滞、络脉瘀阻、络气虚滞、络脉失荣的基本病机,以通络为治疗大法,注重形神并调。络气郁滞、络脉瘀阻者当祛邪通络;络气虚滞、络脉失荣者当扶正通络、通补兼施。
