声带白斑临床表现以波动性嘶哑为主,是喉科常见难治性病变,目前临床对该病缺少特效非手术治疗方法。刘大新教授根据多年临床经验认为本病与肝脏疏泄功能密切相关,治疗上要求审证求因、从肝论治,明确病机、综合治疗,"健脾气-化瘀血-清虚热"之法联合应用,强调宜用"轻降"之品。
