摘要

目的采用网络药理学方法研究补肾强脊颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎的机制。方法利用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台（TCMSP）收集补肾强脊颗粒的主要化学成分及靶点,通过Genecards, Disgenet, TTD数据库获取强直性脊柱炎的主要靶点,并借助STRING平台构建蛋白互作网络;采用Metascape平台进行GO功能富集分析和KEGG信号通路分析,明确补肾强脊颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎的核心靶点及作用机制。结果补肾强脊颗粒有58个活性成分,核心活性成分为槲皮素（quercetin）、山奈酚（kaempferol）、豆甾醇（stigmasterol）,核心靶点有IL-6、CXCL8、RELA、IL-1B、CCL2、IL-10、IL-4、IFENG、CXCL10、IL-2等,补肾强脊颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎的生物学通路主要作用于IL-17信号通路、AGE-RAGE信号通路、流体剪切应力和动脉粥样硬化等通路。结论研究初步揭示了补肾强脊颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎的多成分、多靶点、多通路的作用机制,为进一步治疗强直性脊柱炎提供思路。
