摘要

冲任二脉隶属奇经八脉,乃肝、脾、肾三脏所系,与女性经、带、胎、产息息相关。冲任如"湖""海"一般,水满则溢,月事如常,得以荫胎;虚损则涸,血枯经闭,终致不孕。马大正主任认为,冲任既虚,药少而力不逮,宜大剂血肉有情之品,填补奇经,滋养胞宫。本文介绍马大正主任运用填补冲任法治疗闭经和不孕症的经验,以飨同道。
