摘要

基于周易水火"既济"与"未济"理论,从生理、病理方面探讨睡眠与心肾交感的关系,指出肾(坎)中之阳、心(离)中之阴在心肾交感的过程中发挥关键作用,枢机健运、气机通畅是心肾交感的重要条件,提出以温肾助阳、滋养心阴之法促进心肾交感,以交通心肾、健运枢机之法治疗心肾不交型失眠。

Abstract

基于周易水火"既济"与"未济"理论,从生理、病理方面探讨睡眠与心肾交感的关系,指出肾（坎）中之阳、心（离）中之阴在心肾交感的过程中发挥关键作用,枢机健运、气机通畅是心肾交感的重要条件,提出以温肾助阳、滋养心阴之法促进心肾交感,以交通心肾、健运枢机之法治疗心肾不交型失眠。
