摘要

三焦通行气、液,联系沟通脏腑,是人体气化的载体,三焦气化实质上是人体新陈代谢功能的概括。目前,关于代谢综合征中医病机的认识尚未统一,基于上述对三焦及三焦气化的理解,笔者认为代谢综合征的病机为三焦气化失常。临床及实验研究均证实五苓散是治疗代谢综合征的有效方剂。基于三焦气化理论,从中医角度进一步阐释五苓散的作用机理,认为五苓散作用于三焦,利小便实际上是利三焦,恢复三焦气化,可用于治疗具有水湿痰浊壅盛表现的代谢综合征。
