摘要

癫痫作为一种发作性脑部疾病,其发作具有短暂性、重复性和刻板性的特征,且发作期与间歇期交替,时发时止。对于癫痫发作的病机,历来并无统一说法。本文主要从伏邪致病、少阳枢机不利、中焦气机不畅、节律紊乱以及玄府病变五个角度论述癫痫发作的中医学病机,并探讨中西医发病机制间的联系,以期从病机的角度为癫痫的临床诊疗提供思路。
