摘要

《伤寒论》中"风"字共出现70次,通过将《伤寒论》多种含"风"词语归类的方式,参阅《黄帝内经》《难经》《金匮要略》及后世医家注释、现代医家观点,基于条文对"风"字含义进行辨析。阐明《伤寒论》中"风"有本意所指自然之气与六淫之一,广义所指乘虚而感的外邪的含义。恶风、恶风寒、春伤于风、更遇于风、汗出当风,归为阐明本意所指自然之气;邪风、言迟者风也,归为阐明本意所指六淫之一;风家归为本意代指易患太阳中风之人,风池、风府归为本意代指治风之穴;将风气、泄风、风湿之风释义为乘虚而入的外邪;将中风之"风"视为与伤寒/中寒之"寒"对举,亦将"风则伤卫"与"寒则伤荣"对举;以风为阳邪之特征指代阳性症状、病机与病性,浮则为风、浮为风、浮为风虚、浮则风虚、风虚相抟、风为热、风则生微热;此为风也,归为以风指代谵语证外证之阳气外张的特点。对"风"的含义进行辨析,在厘清中医对"风"的理论认知方面有一定作用。
