摘要

目的观察凉血祛湿止痒汤治疗特应性皮炎急性发作期血热湿蕴证患者的临床疗效。方法收集特应性皮炎急性发作期血热湿蕴证患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。2组均予硼酸洗液湿敷,观察组予凉血祛湿止痒汤颗粒口服,对照组予氯雷他定片口服,治疗4周。比较治疗前后2组红斑、丘疹、渗出、苔藓化、皮损面积及严重度指数(EASI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)及血清白介素-13(IL-13)水平变化情况。结果 2组治疗后,红斑、丘疹、渗出、苔藓化、皮损面积、EASI评分、VAS评分、DLQI评分、IL-13水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论凉血祛湿止痒汤可以改善特应性皮炎急性发作期血热湿蕴证患者的皮损,缓解瘙痒,提高生活质量,抑制皮肤炎症反应,疗效确切。
