摘要

心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病的终末阶段,发病率和病死率逐年上升。心力衰竭在中医属“胸痹”“喘证”“水肿”“痰饮”等范畴。近年研究发现,中医药在防治心力衰竭方面具有独特优势,与西医治疗具有协同作用,能够有效缓解临床症状、改善生活质量、改善心功能、减轻心室重构。本文通过综述近几年中医药防治心力衰竭的研究,分析中医药干预心力衰竭的机制及存在的问题,以此为深入研究中医药在心力衰竭中的作用及优势提供参考。
