摘要

高血压病归属于中医学“眩晕”范畴,病机无外乎虚、实两类,虚证包括精血不足、气血亏虚,实证包括风火上扰、痰浊阻滞及瘀血阻窍。对于因肺的功能失调或肺金母病下传肾水子病、肺金克肝木所致的眩晕,临床治疗应从肺论治,分别以助肺培元、宣肺降气、温肺化饮、培土生金、调理肺气诸法恢复肺之生理功能,以金水相生、佐金平木法恢复五行之生克关系。
