摘要

慢性肾脏病最常见由风邪致病,吕仁和教授认为其内风病机包括肝风内动、肝阳化风、血虚生风、肾络邪风内扰等,主要临床表现为与慢性肾脏病相关的高血压性头痛眩晕、脑卒中、尿毒症瘙痒症、蛋白尿反复不消等。吕教授擅长应用中医药治疗慢性肾脏病及其并发症,重视内风病机,喜用药对,以钩藤、天麻平肝息风,同时滋养肝肾、顾护脾胃;以石决明、生牡蛎镇肝息风,配合疏肝理气治法;以当归、白鲜皮补血活血祛风,兼顾湿热、浊毒等证候;以全蝎、僵蚕搜风通络,契合“微型癥瘕”形成理论。
