摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病是临床常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,其临床特点是持续的气流受限和相应的呼吸道症状。慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)是临床导致患者入院治疗的重要原因,增加患者家庭以及社会的经济负担,甚至导致患者死亡。许彭龄教授认为AECOPD的主要病机是六淫邪气等病因侵袭人体,导致肺气亏虚、宗气不利,加之痰湿、瘀血等病邪阻于胸中,壅滞肺气,气无所主从而导致患者出现呼吸困难,咳嗽、咳痰不利等症状;治疗采用补虚通滞法,补肺气之亏虚,同时配伍化痰、通络药物,解除痰湿、瘀血所导致的气道滞涩,恢复宗气主气道、司呼吸的功能,遣方用药精当,标本兼治,随症加减,治疗效果良好。
