摘要

癌性发热是恶性肿瘤患者的常见并发症,属中医学“内伤发热”范畴。癌邪致病或应用手术、化疗、放疗等治疗方式后,患者常处于虚实夹杂的疾病状态。肿瘤患者常因气阴两虚兼邪实郁滞而发热,故根据癌性发热“虚”“郁”的关键病机,提出益气养阴、宣清郁热的治法,扶正祛邪、标本同治,取得良好的临床疗效。
