摘要

承气汤类方在温病中有着广泛的应用。热结为承气汤证的基本病因,阴伤、气壅为其重要病机,可从“热”“阴”“气”的角度认识承气汤在温病中的治疗作用与应用注意。从热结角度,承气汤可用于阳明热结及兼证、热入血室证等;从阴伤角度,承气汤可用于阳明腑实兼有阴伤者、下后阴伤而邪实未净者、热结阴伤见神昏谵语者;从气壅角度,承气汤可用于肺肠、胃肠之气机壅滞,以及阳气郁遏之厥证。因而应用承气汤的过程中当细辨“热”与“结”、重视津液阴血损伤、注意应用时机及正气之荣枯。从“热”“阴”“气”,即病因病机角度可更加系统地认识承气汤在温病治疗中的运用。
