摘要

糖尿病周围神经病变属于中医学“痹证”“血痹”“痿证”“麻木”“不仁”等范畴。根据其核心临床表现可概括为“麻、凉、痠、胀、痛、痿”六字。治疗方面,早期以“麻、胀”为主要症状,治当益气活血、健脾化湿;中期随着麻木程度的加重,由“麻”转“痛”,并出现“凉”的症状,治当温阳散寒、通络止痛;晚期在“麻、胀、凉、痛”基础上出现“痠、痿”症状,治当补益肝肾、养血活血。
