摘要

目的基于方证对应理论观察小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法选取AECOPD患者96例,按随机数字表法分为观察组64例和对照组32例,对照组运用西医常规加中药安慰剂治疗,观察组运用西医常规加小青龙汤治疗。治疗结束后,将观察组根据辨证分为方证对应组（32例）和非方证对应组（32例）2个亚组,观察各组患者治疗前后炎性指标（NLR、CRP、PCT）、肺功能、CAT评分、CFS-COPD-PRO评分的变化。结果治疗后2组PCT、FEV,1,、FEV,1,/FVC、CFS-COPD-PRO评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P,<,0.05）。亚组分析显示,与非方证对应组、对照组相比,方证对应组肺功能、CAT、CFS-COPD-PRO评分改善程度均更优,差异有统计学意义（P,<,0.05）;NLR的改善较对照组差异有统计学意义（P,<,0.05）。结论基于方证对应理论使用小青龙汤治疗AECOPD患者,能显著改善患者肺功能、CAT评分、CFS-COPD-PRO评分。
