摘要

目的观察补肺纳肾法结合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸肌疲劳的疗效。方法选择2018年3月—2019年7月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者90例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。2组患者均给予常规方式干预,指导患者进行肺功能锻炼,采取沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在此基础上,采用补肺纳肾中药汤剂口服治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能、呼吸肌功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的71.05%（P,<,0.05）;治疗后观察组主要中医证候积分低于对照组（P,<,0.05）;治疗后观察组用力肺活量（FVC）、第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV,1,）、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值（FEV,1,/FVC）、呼吸肌力（MIP）和6 min步行距离均优于对照组（P,<,0.05）;治疗后观察组圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）评分低于对照组（P,<,0.05）。结论补肺纳肾法结合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状、缓解呼吸肌疲劳、增强运动耐力,提高临床疗效和患者的生活质量。
