摘要

捏脊疗法是临床上常用的小儿推拿手法,其机理源于经络学说,通过多种手法反复作用于背部刺激经络穴位,以达到调和阴阳、运行气血的目的。小儿捏脊应用广泛,临床上主要治疗小儿积滞、疳证、厌食、腹泻、呕吐、便秘、惊风、夜啼等,因其操作简便、疗效显著被临床医生及家长所应用。目前小儿捏脊手法在治疗疾病谱中的研究尚不完善,本文通过对近5年来的国内国外的文献总结和分析,从中医的传统理论及现代的研究机制理论,对捏脊法在小儿疾病临床应用情况等方面加以阐述,以探讨捏脊疗法治疗小儿疾病的研究进展。
